Mental Health

We at Howl understand how important it is to keep on top of your mental health, we also know how hard it can be for people to access the services they need.

Howl prides itself on a safe, social play space for people of many backgrounds and issues to be as comfortable as they need to be and we make sure that there is always some one around to support them.

Below are a list of websites/services that are available if you are struggling with mental health issues. Please remember no matter what anybody says, getting help is a sign of strength and a sign that you can put yourself back on the right track.

A few messages…

“Poor mental health can be a hard and scary place to be when you don’t understand what is happening, speaking from personal experience. I highly suggest people who do suffer to speak out and get any help they need from their support network or professionally. The system can be a long process but it is worth it. It took me 3 years to finally see the light again, but I got there and so can you. I believe in you!” – Wolfie
